"On the October 19th’s broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Radio Star‘, the MCs discussed with KARA about their massive popularity in Japan.
When the girls were asked who they thought was more popular in Japan, BEAST or Super Junior, member Hara’s wit kicked in and she replied with a shocking answer.
She responded, “I actually think SHINee is the most popular,” surprising the MCs.
Disappointed, the MCs stated, “We gave you two choices, and SHINee wasn’t one of them.”
The MC’s had been trying to put Hara in a difficult situation by giving her a question that would either offend MC Kyuhyun (a member of Super Junior) or her boyfriend (BEAST’s Junhyung), but much to their disappointment, Hara was able to swerve her way out of the question with a witty response."
